Plans of Care

If your child has any significant medial issues that require specific instructions to be followed (Including a Concussion, Anaphylaxis, Diabetes, Epilepsy, or Medical Fragility), please discuss the issue with the Principal so the appropriate plan of care can be developed. InnovOak School has a detailed emergency plan and robust policies in place to support plans of care and ensure parents have peace of mind that we are doing what we can to support your child.
