Entitlement to Access and Search if Required

By enrolling at InnovOak School, both the student and their parent(s) acknowledge and agree that where the school has reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of a school rule, a school administrator or designate may access and search a student's space, locker, person and/or possessions in order to maintain a safe school environment and/or to ensure that the student is complying with the requirements of the Code of Conduct.

InnovOak School is committed to the safety and dignity of all students, so these issues are handled with discretion and respect as we investigate matters of that violate the code of conduct.
