Payment Schedule

This section outlines the different payment plans available and the respective payment schedule.

Please note, payment schedule only covers mandatory fees, including Tuition, Supplementary Fee, Enrollment Fee (New Students Only). Fees incurred based on usage or for programs opted-in on a volunteering basis are not covered in this schedule, including but not limited to transportation, meal plans, before and after school care program, uniform.

Below outlines important information about each plan. Please see detailed calculation on the following pages:

Annual Plan

One payment due on June 30.

Quarterly Plan

Four equal payments due on:

• June 30

• September 30

• December 31

• March 31

Available starting 2025-2026 school year!

This plan is only available for Domestic Students who finalize enrollment before the first installment date.

Monthly Plan

10 equal payments due on the last day of each month from June to March the following year.

This plan is only available for Domestic Students. See Continuous Enrollment for payment plan calculations if you enroll after the first installment date.

Ways to Make Payments

• Canadian Bank Account or Credit Card

  • Please submit on myInnovOak, detailed instructions are available on Make Payments.

  • Auto-Pay is available for both payment methods. You may sign up on myInnovOak, following instructions outlined on Automatic Payment.

• PayMyTuition by MTFX (International Students Only)

  • Navigate to PayMyTuition Payment Page and follow the on screen instruction.

• Wire Transfer (International Students Only)

  • Banking information will be provided upon request, please email Finance@innovoak.ca
