Continuous Enrollment

This section applies to families enrolled after the date of first tuition and fees payment outlined in the standard Payment Schedule for Incoming Students

As outlined in our standard Payment Schedule for Incoming Students, payment for tuition and fees begin three billing periods before the start of academic year. This policy applies to all families, no matter when you enroll. List below is detailed information for families who enroll at different point in the school year.

The information below only applies to installment plans. If you’ve signed up for the annual plan, you will be required to pay the account balance in full by the due date.

Tuition and Fees Calculation

To better support families that join InnovOak throughout the school year, we prorate our Tuition and Fees as follow:

Tuition and Transportation Fee

Prorated based on the number of months from the month of Enrollment to the end of the current school year - June (Prorated Full Year Enrollment) in proportion to the entire school year (10 months). The prorated fees shall then be calculated using the following formula: Full Year Tuition (subject to choice of payment plan) and Fees (as applicable) * Prorated Full Year Enrollment (in percentage).

For clarity, suppose a Kindergarten student who joins in January with Annual Plan selected, Prorated Full Year Enrollment calculates to be 6 months, calculation would be $12,500 * 60% = $7,500

Supplementary Fee

Not Prorated

It covers essential supplies, such as textbooks, which students may need in full, even if their enrollment is for only part of the year.

Enrollment Fee

Not Prorated

It is a one-time administrative fee.

Monthly Installment for July or later Enrollment

This section outlines how we calculate the portion of each installments.

The schedule below applies to the remaining balance (after deposit) on tuition, meal plan, and transportation.

Future Attendance

Only deposit is required at the time of enrollment, installment payment starts in month of scheduled attendance.
