Username Change

This article walks you through steps to update your username for signing into myInnovOak

Please note the steps described in this article will only update your username for signing into myInnovOak. The email address under your profile is not updated!

Email and password Sign-in

  1. Navigate to your Blackbaud ID profile

  2. Select the edit button for BlackBaud ID

  3. Select Edit BBID email address

  4. Confirm your password

  5. Enter and confirm your new email and select Send email.

  6. Check your inbox at the new address for a confirmation email, and follow the instructions to confirm the new email address.

Social Sign-in or InnovOak Identity

Unfortunately, you cannot change the username yourself. Please contact InnovOak Technology Services for help.
