Quality, Pricing and Returns

Our uniform items are all manufactured and embroidered in England, and we work directly with the same companies who supply the North American uniform suppliers.  The quality of product, sizing, and finished product matches the style and quality of any school with a uniform in Canada.

However, our pricing is not the same as other schools.  Our webstore will show two different prices.  The stroked price is the in-market price that the direct suppliers charge parents.  With  our direct relationship with the actual manufacturers, and our work to become a direct supplier, we offer pricing at a lower rate, even before reaching large volume discounts.

Replacement Items and New Students Uniforms

InnovOak School will keep some inventory on hand for mid year purchases and for new students entering school, but that inventory is limited.  All families are encouraged to place orders through the webstore as soon as convenient and a need is identified. 

Occasionally there may be a delay from uniform ordering until uniform arrival if our available stock is low in a particular size.  In this case, a student will be given an exemption for uniform wear.  Those students must still adhere to our dress code and wear something similar.
