To support school growth and ensure student safety, drop-off and pick-up will be supervised during a 15-minute window surrounding the start and end of the day. While we continue to encourage parents to arrive as close to the bell time as possible, outdoor supervision will be available during this window to allow for a smooth and safe transition. Please note that one-to-one hand-off between staff and parents is required for Preschool and JK/SK students to ensure the safety and comfort of our youngest learners.
All Schedules include OakQuest Clubs which is our formal student enrichment elective program (clubs, leadership, and teams). OakQuest will involve students choosing 3-6 opportunities per year (1-2 per term) that will run for a block of time at within the school day. Attendance is considered part of the school experience.
The HomeForm period acts as the official start of the morning and afternoon. It is used for attendance, announcements, and daily readiness. Students who arrive before or during HomeForm will be marked on time. Students arriving after the HomeForm period starts will be marked late. Being on time builds strong habits. Please plan morning routines to ensure your child arrives before HomeForm begins.

Senior School classes also have a formal HomeForm attendance period. Our oldest students are expected to be ready for class start at the end of HomeForm for the taking of formal attendance. Preparatory School attendance is taken twice daily.
